Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after date of purchase to return items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
To start a return, email us at canyonmoonboutique@yahoo.com. Mailed returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase or can be returned to our store at 506 Wick Street, Corinth, MS, 38834.
Online orders returned in store will not be refunded. They are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Mailed returns can be fully refunded, excluding shipping charges, within 14 days of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business day, excluding shipping charges. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at canyonmoonboutique@yahoo.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items, personal care products (chapstick, lotions, soaps, bath bombs, etc.), gift cards, or bathing suits.
